Bearcat Stables offers the Vail Valley’s most unique outdoor wedding venue. You and your guests are welcome to amenities including Bearcat’s Cabin, the outdoor pavilion, 3 acres of groomed meadow, a musician’s stage with outdoor dance floor, and authentic Colorado charm.

Celebrate with your family and friends in the Back Yard at Bearcat’s Cabin, including a fire pit for s’mores, an outdoor bar, and plenty of fun yard games to entertain all your guests.

Host any part of your wedding from bridal luncheons and rehearsal dinners, to ceremony and reception options, or a post wedding brunch. Our summer location is suitable for parties up to 200 guests, and we are available 7 day a week May-October. Tent rentals may be required for parties of 75+.

Group Events

Bearcat Stables hosts a variety of group events like sports team outings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and company parties. Up to 200 guests can enjoy our outdoor event venue space including 3 acres of open and groomed meadows, our historic cabin, and the new event pavilion.

A selection of horseback rides are available for your. Hop on the hay wagon for a fun and relaxed tour of the ranch, and learn the history of the Bearden Homestead and Bearcat’s Cabin.

In addition to trail and hay wagon rides, groups can enjoy a round of horseshoes, the open fire pit, live music and dancing, and much more. Catered lunch and dinner options are available. Summer events are available from May-October 7 days a week. Tent rentals may be required for parties of 75+.
